Very nice paper shredder. I love the quietness of it! I did count 15 pieces paper and placed it in the shredder and it shredded them effortlessly. I did try to fool it and put in 20 pieces of paper and it would not accept it. If it senses that your fingers are to close to the opening it will not shred until you pull your fingers back a little. Pretty amazing machine! I'm waiting for it to talk!! :)
