Everything about this shredder seems well-designed and thought out. It's my third shredder in about 5 years, and after the disappointments from my earlier, cheaper shredders, this one is a real pleasure to own and use. The pretty blue light is silly but pretty; it's very quiet; its "safe sense" feature really works well, which is nice since our baby will be moving around soon; it shreds quickly and effectively; and it seems to be very solidly constructed.
